After a very long and intensive planning period, we’re finally be able to implement the first steps towards our quality improvement in summer 2021. In our kitchen, we place great importance on the use of organic and sustainable food wherever possible. Particular attention is paid to regionality, so that you can experience the full taste of the Lungau Biosphere Park. We don't serve anything we wouldn't love to eat ourselves. Our selection is small, but of premium quality.
